Split Row Sports publishes independent sports content, including college football computer rankings, game predictions, player production ratings and Player of the Week picks. The Site is free to use and is provided for information and entertainment.

Rankings, ratings, win probabilities and predicted scores are opinions produced by our own computer models. They can be wrong, and past results do not guarantee future ones. Nothing on the Site is betting, gambling, financial or other professional advice. The Site does not accept wagers. You must be of legal age where you live to gamble. If you choose to wager, you are responsible for following the laws where you live and for your own decisions. If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

The Site's rankings, ratings, grades, written content, design, and the Split Row Sports name and logos belong to Split Row Sports and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote or reference individual rankings or picks with credit to Split Row Sports and a link back to the Site.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Copy, republish or sell our rankings, ratings or other content in bulk.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest the Site with bots or automated tools, other than normal search-engine indexing.
• Frame the Site, or present our content as your own.
• Use the Site or its content to build a competing product or dataset.
• Try to access non-public areas of the Site, or interfere with its security or operation.

Game results and statistics come from third-party sources, including CollegeFootballData.com. Split Row Sports is not affiliated with or endorsed by CollegeFootballData.com. Team names, conference names, and any marks belonging to schools, conferences, leagues or players are the property of their owners and are used only to identify them. Split Row Sports is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, the College Football Playoff, the AP Poll, the Coaches Poll, or any school, conference or team.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: a description of the work; the URL of the material you believe infringes it; your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the material.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the Site at any time, including updating past rankings or correcting errors. We may also update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Split Row Sports will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any losses (including wagering losses or lost profits) that arise from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that Split Row Sports incurs from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the UK, Canada, Brazil or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these terms takes away those protections, and you may also bring claims in the courts where you live.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and Split Row Sports about the Site.
